Orders ship within the processing window below once your pro account order is placed. Las Vegas stylists can choose Local Pickup at checkout instead.

Processing time: 1–2 business days before an order ships

Domestic shipping: Standard and expedited options at checkout

International: Confirm current countries served at checkout

Local pickup: Same-day for orders placed before the daily cutoff

Returns & Refunds

Because hair is a professional-grade, single-use product for your clients, returns are handled case by case. Reach out directly if something arrives incorrect or damaged.
