If you’re a licensed stylist in the Las Vegas area, choose Local Pickup at checkout and pick up your order directly from KOMI Hair Salon. Please place your order online before arriving. Local pickup is fulfilled through our working salon, and our front desk is dedicated to scheduled salon guests.

We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.

Do I need an appointment to pick up? +

No appointment is required during regular pickup hours, but please place your order online and wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup confirmation before arriving.

Can I come in to look at colors before ordering? +

Because our pickup location operates inside a working salon, we aren’t currently set up for walk-in shopping or color matching. For help selecting shades or products, text 702-444-1417 before placing your order and our team will be happy to help.

Can I pick up outside regular pickup hours? +

Possibly! Email support@komiextensions.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Can someone else pick up my order? +

Yes. Please make sure they have your order confirmation and the name associated with the order.
