This draft was written to reflect how KOMI actually operates (Pro-only pricing, no order minimums, Las Vegas pickup, loyalty/ambassador programs, education courses). 1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Onieros LLC, doing business as KOMI Hair Extensions ("KOMI," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of komihairextensions.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By creating an account, applying for Pro Access, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who Can Buy From Us

KOMI sells exclusively to licensed cosmetologists, hairstylists, and salon professionals. By applying for Pro Access, you confirm that:

  • You hold a valid, active cosmetology or hairstyling license in your state or jurisdiction.

  • The license number and business information you submit are accurate and current.

  • You are purchasing for professional use in your practice, not for personal resale outside your license.

We reserve the right to verify licensure, deny an application, or revoke access at any time if this can't be confirmed or if these Terms are violated.

3. Pro Access Accounts & Approval

Product pricing on the Site is visible only to approved Pro Access accounts. Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approval is at KOMI's discretion. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products & Pricing

We sell Genius Tape Wefts, Hand-Tied Wefts, Express Tape/Genius wefts, InvisiBlend Tape Wefts, and related tools and accessories. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, are only visible to approved Pro accounts, and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors; if an error occurs, we'll contact you before completing the order.

5. Orders & Payment

There is no bulk order minimum — you may order a single weft at a time. Full payment is due at checkout via the payment methods offered on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, licensure issues, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — we're not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Local Pickup (Las Vegas)

Stylists based in the Las Vegas area may select same-day local pickup at KOMI Salon during checkout. Pickup availability, hours, and location details will be provided after purchase.

8. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

Because hair extensions are a personal-use professional product, unopened and unused items may be returned within [7] days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items that are opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [3] days of delivery and we'll make it right.

9. Loyalty, Ambassador & Salon Partner Programs

KOMI Buy-In Tiers, KOMI Rewards (our loyalty program), the Ambassador Program, and the Salon Partner Program each have their own program-specific terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the relevant program page. We may modify, pause, or end any program at our discretion.

10. Education & Courses (KOMI EDU)

Educational courses offered through KOMI EDU are licensed for your individual, non-commercial learning use. Course materials, videos, and downloads may not be copied, redistributed, or resold. Course access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

11. Product Use & Disclaimer

KOMI products are intended for application by trained, licensed professionals. We do not make medical claims about our products. Always perform a patch test where appropriate and follow proper application and aftercare procedures. KOMI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper application, storage, or use.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to KOMI and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  • Attempt to access another user's account or non-public areas of the Site.

  • Resell, reproduce, or misrepresent KOMI products in a way that violates your license or these Terms.

  • Interfere with the Site's security features or normal operation.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOMI (Onieros LLC) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KOMI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver. You and KOMI agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any KOMI product or service (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Clark County, Nevada. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND KOMI EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from more than one party.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [support@komihairextensions.com] with your name and a clear statement that you're opting out. Opting out doesn't affect the rest of these Terms.


18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
